Doug Nordberg
I started my career as a full time furniture designer in 1993. Working primarily in the Aspen, and Vail area, I worked with designers and art galleries to furnish many of the high end homes in the area.
In 2006, I started my career as a functional artist. In 2007 I won the prestigious Switch Back Ranch Award, and in 2012 I won the Exhibitors Choice Award with Cody High Style. In 2024 I won Best Mixed Media at the Western Design Conference.
When Im not creating custom furniture, you can find us on stage, playing bass with our grunge band, Rhino Skin.
Ron Nordberg
My journey in the antler industry began at the age of 11. I would spend my summers with my family hiking around the hills in Wyoming, collecting antler for resale. Many of the antlers we use in our furniture this day, are materials I collect in the spring.
After a 5 year stint in Alaska, I began to create antler pieces with Doug. I also went to school, and began to work in the computer industry, and later in the Aerospace industry. The experience I gained, as well as my attention to detail insures our furniture has the highest quality, and is built to last for generations.
In my spare time, I enjoy spending time in the mountains, and playing lead guitar in our grunge band Rhino Skin
